Use this download link > http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/techbench
the setup media you are using contains a MediaMeta.xml file and builder fails

This link also works for the enterprise edition.

I think that the  MediaMeta.xml is not the problem? What I noticed is that install.wim
is unable to be opened up with 7-zip.  If the install.wim can't be opened up with that
program it is going to fail.

Please explain your thinking, Mark..

as the error is >
Automatic Detection of finding index of index.wim Failed. - (wiminfo.exe failure)

Latest ADK: http://download.microsoft.com/download/8/1/9/8197FEB9-FABE-48FD-A537-7D8709586715/adk/adksetup.exe

Can I upgrade existing ADK or I have to uninstall old ADK and install new one, please?

Actually you would be better off uninstalling the prior version
