Update Plugin cannot download problems

There are several plugins appear unable to download, as shown that don't have these files on the server?

Update Plugin
works fine

I just extract latest zip and use Util\Update

all downloaded and updated fine.

Check your internet connection.

Server PING exception, the Chinese time during the day when the PING is often lost 50%~75%, I network here is normal, PING server IP ten times the loss rate of up to 50% times

However, one of local ISP's foreign traffic is very unstable now for weeks, packet being dropped just like you.

As a workaround :
you can manually download files that failed with a download utility like free download manager etc.
such download utilities have resume feature that download files in the end.

on your case:
+ after you manually download VcRunTimes_File.script
+
put it at:
..\Workbench\Common\Download_Win10PESE\Projects\Win10PESE\Components\VcRunTimes_File.script
+
than hit builder -> Utils\Update -> update button
