I´m using GFX Boot customizer and Grub4Dos to Build my own boot menu with own wallpaper and icon.
But I only get a black boot menu with no logo, no wallpaper, and no menu frame.

I tested it with jpg, bmp, png and gif. The preview in GFX-Boot customizer is OK.

If I use the default wallpaper everything works.

What I´m doing wrong?

It is hard to guess as you give no details.
However, I would suggest you edit the default wallpaper background (e.g. put a large line across it) and try making a new message file and see if that works. If it does then you know that there must be something wrong with your own graphics files. if it does not work then something is wrong with the way you are selecting and then building the new GFXBoot menu file.
