Hello,
I have the latest package Win10PE SE 2017-12-02 and Win10 Fall creators update.
USB drive 16 GB for Win10PESE.

Thunderbird is not in the list of apps, so I tried to add Thunderbird portable
(ThunderbirdPortable_52.5.0_German.paf.exe) to the build, but it is not possible. That's what I tried:
1. include it in PStart and Papps
2. include it in AppY > PortableApps.com

No success.
PortableApps.com:    open thunderbird.exe: no reaction, no message, just nothing happens
PStart and Papps:    Installation successful, open thunderbird.exe: no reaction, no message, just nothing happens

Then I installed thunderbird portable in normal windows10 directly to the USB drive. Result:
I can open it successful booting normal windows10, but not with booting Win10PESE, even if thunderbird is saved at another USB drive. Again nothing happens.

Is it possible to add thunderbird to the app tree in Win10PESE, like firefox?
Thanks for your information.

Hi JS,

Correct question should be:
Is it possible to add thunderbird to the app tree in Win10PESE, like firefox?

Answer : yes.

Reason not available for now, nobody work and contribute to get thunderbird with Win10PESE yet.

Maybe you.

Hi JS

Code: [Select]
Thunderbird is a cross-platform mail application developed on top of Mozilla framework.
It's an open-source application used by millions, and evolving around its contributors.
Mozilla framework is the central toolkit, and C/C++ is the core language for back-end programming.

need net script actived (3.5 min)
Code: [Select]
newbielink:http://hpics.li/02fc8df [nonactive]

When I klick select, I can just open the page which shows a jpg picture with thunderbird.

Here is beta plugin (link below)

Obviously you need Components>.NET Framework (enabled >=3.5) and Components>C++ (enabled - default values are fine)

It is Run From CD only, it runs fine but I didn't do much testing(which is why its beta)

Hopefully this is a good start to getting it running and settings/account info being persistent.  Appdata/ProgramData may need to be junctioned to Y: though.  If you make it better please share it in the Plugins section on the forum for everyone.

Thank you Bob.omb

Unfortunately I cannot make it better, I don't have the knowledge.
