Assuming I add a new plugin and want to rebuild the ISO. I have noticed that all the plugin file structures were saved under:
%BASEDIR%\Target\Win10PESE\Program Files or
%BASEDIR%\Target\Win10PESE\Program Files (x86)

So if I run: CreateISO. Is this where WinBuilder use to create the new ISO ?

Thanks for the reply but I don't think you follow what I was saying. I know the final ISO will be put there. What I want to know is what folder(s) that WinBuilder gathers all the info's to be used to build the ISO.

%BaseDir%\Target\Win10PESE, BUT if your trying to add a plugin, just create the plugin and use the small green play button to add it to the wim then recreate the ISO.

You should not have to manually place anything anywhere if your recreating the ISO you should use the builder to inject it via a newly created plugin and then using the green button I mentioned.

Also there is a Components>Additional Files AND ComponentsY>Additional registry if you absolutely must manually move things in,  this will allow the builder to inject them for you without making a new plugin

You can also add additional files via Finals>Post Config> "Put files for boot.wim here" option (Make sure you check check box for this) AND also via Finals>Post Config> "Put files for RootCD here" option (Make sure you check check box for this too if your using it)

There is also a copy of your ISO source in %BaseDir%\ISO\TI\WIM <--- You may be looking for this

So if I run: CreateISO. Is this where Win10PESE use to create the new ISO ?

Yes for fixed question
 Win10PESE have such organization,
winbuilder and even PEBakery do not have such design,
any other plugin that create ISO out of Win10PESE may act different (or totally fail)

Further:
On Win10PESE you must play 1st PostConfig and 2nd Create ISO
PostConfig plugins have buttons on it to do this "double plugin" action to create iso. (or triple plugin action adding an emulator plugin)

Topic Solved and locked for now, further ask new questions about project (ex: Win10PESE) you use on new topics.
