I am using a PE made with the latest version of the Win10PE SE builder on my GPD WIN (amazon dot com/DroidBOX-Aluminum-Version-X7-Z8750-Portable/dp/B01MFB2V89/). I have integrated the drivers installed on it and the monitor is still stuck in Portrait Mode. How do I get it to be in Landscape Mode?

Try going to my post on slores thread and downloading the attached plugin file for WinXShell, place it in your %basedir%\projects\win10pese\shell\

Then refresh or close and reopen your builder.  Go to the Shell section on your project and select WinXShell - Make sure to select the Display settings checkbox. (This is all you need)

When you create your build with this feature you can right click on desktop select display settings, and rotate screen easily.

Separately,  Im pretty sure there are some reg keys you can change for permanent change.

There is the 32-bit DWORD named LastOrientation with a value of 3 that is located in Computer\HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\AutoRotation. How do I integrate it into the image?

I was able to add the registry keys that deal with the rotation of the screen but they aren't doing anything since they get replaced by their default values when it is booting up. So, please tell me how to have it automatically rotate the screen while it is booting up (if that is possible).

one of them will work
Downloads\AppYGS\Supplementary\Graphics\Display by noeld
Downloads\AppYGS\Supplementary\Graphics\MultiRes
Downloads\AppYGS\Supplementary\Graphics\Rotate slore

ps:
Rotate slore
Enable Startup
--> 90 degree rotation screen after boot 40 seconds

Lancelot's post with slores tool is probably your best bet. Also pretty sure a reg key can be hardcoded for this.. If you want Regshot2 may help figure out..

As a side note if someone was using a tablet and having this same issue the built in gyro should allow for autorotation with the following option selected in Finals>Optimizations plugin.

ila_rendered

Hopefully one of these solutions will work for you..
