I have tried both the "files" script and also the latest program from the Easeus web site (10.6).  Both of them work fine if I build a 32-bit Windows 7 system.  The problem is that a 64-bit build is not able to access any network shares on other computers.  I can map the network shares in the "My Computer" explorer window using "Map Network Drive".  The ToDo Backup program always returns an error when trying to map a network share using either the computer name or IP address.  The error says that the username or password may be incorrect.  The same information entered on a 32-bit build will work properly.

Does anyone have a suggestion about how to troubleshoot this problem?  I checked the EaseUs_Agent service and it is running.  I'm wondering if there is a DLL file missing or something else required for the program to access network shares.  I have tried building with the downloaded program from the EaseUs web site, and built the 64-bit system with the 64-bit version of ToDo Backup.  I also tried building the 64-bit system with the 32-bit version of ToDo Backup.  Both of the versions behave the same way on the 64-bit system.

I did try to create my own plugin, and managed to get the program to launch, but even the 32-bit plugin that I created could not access the network.  So, I am wondering if it is worth spending more time on this.  I was looking for some free partition backup software to use with Windows 7 PE.  I use a purchased copy of Paragon Hard Disk Manager 15 for my own builds, but I wanted something that I can give to other people on a rescue disk.

Thanks to everyone who contributes to plugins and scripts.

If you want to backup entire drives integrate something that clones the drive into a dynamic image. (HDClone is a great program - https://www.miray.de/products/sat.hdclone.html)

If you want to backup user profiles and data use something like Fab's AutoBackup - https://www.fpnet.fr/

Both of them are very easy to integrate, you can buy it without worrying about PE compatibility, they are tested.

Not sure about the network issues.  In Win10PESE I use the below settings, not sure if it will help with Win7PESE but maybe you'll see something...
