following information provided by olegpov:

But Shortcuts from MMC script are not correctly
created(ShortcutsPE_2.jpg but should be ShortcutsPE_3.jpg)
I am sorry but this problem now I can not solve there is no enough free
time.

*
ShortcutsPE script.(ShortcutsPE_1.jpg, )  Check up a line №75
"If,%pRadioButton2%,Equal,True,Set,%ShortcutsPE_Set%,LNK-Boottime,Permanent".
Be possible should:
"If,%pRadioButton2%,Equal,True,Begin"
"Set,%ShortcutsPE_Set%,LNK-Boottime,Permanent"
"Set,%ExplorerShortcut%,shc-run,Permanent"
"End"

Both reason of the issue and solution found, for now time required....

shortly: a tool needed that reads application title in .msc files (txt files, utf-8) and write to an ansi .ini file, where we can iniread and use with any shortcut creation tool.

Giving example with turkish compmgmt.msc

    <VisualAttributes>
        <String Name="ApplicationTitle" ID="3"/>
        <Icon Index="2" File="%windir%\system32\mycomput.dll">
            <Image Name="Large" BinaryRefIndex="0"/>
            <Image Name="Small" BinaryRefIndex="1"/>
        </Icon>
    </VisualAttributes>

    <StringTables>
        <IdentifierPool AbsoluteMin="1" AbsoluteMax="65535" NextAvailable="7"/>
        <StringTable>
            <GUID>{71E5B33E-1064-11D2-808F-0000F875A9CE}</GUID>
            <Strings>
                <String ID="1" Refs="2">Konsol Kökü</String>
                <String ID="3" Refs="1">Bilgisayar Yönetimi</String>
                <String ID="4" Refs="1">Sık Kullanılanlar</String>
                <String ID="6" Refs="1">Bilgisayar Yönetimi (Yerel)</String>
            </Strings>
        </StringTable>
    </StringTables>

msctitle.exe compmgmt.msc
msctitle.ini :
[msc]
ApplicationTitle=Bilgisayar Yönetimi

I contact to blue life in detail through e-mail for such a msctitle.exe tool ;)...time...

I wonder if it could just be added to a shortcutWinExp.exe replacement? That is, if MSC file is passed and 'shortCutName' of [Shortcut] section of SHC is file is '$', then shortcutWinExp.exe grabs the name from the MSC file.

Galapo.

Hi Galapo,

I believe it can be added if open source, why not, nothing miracle or special going on. But does all "shortcut creators" are open source ! to implement such a feature inside....

I think many shortcut creator authors do not focus on msc support event..

besides, for others who wants to use other shells such a tool would even more helpfull. Maybe it can give inspiration to pe2/3 projects too.... (I do not know if they use msc files there too, if so....).

Shortly: I feel better when shortcut creation is under capi control,
mmc was the only one left behind, with not supporting x64 before ;)
now with 1 small stone we hit 4: olegpov issue fixed , x64 issue fixed, very flexible on testing future shortcut creator tools, and codes of using English shortcut names added (but no option or code provided from today) .

new mmc on server, also I send olegpov informing current topic.

See you :>.

Nice fix! Now MMC shortcut generation is done directly by CAPI command which is better.

Give my thanks to BlueLife!

Galapo.
