It tried using [call V2X "%APP_CACHE%" -extract "%APP_FILE%" "%X_PF%\%MAIN_PATH%\Temp\"]
It did extract the file but not usable because it used 7z to perform the request.
Is there a call out for or something similar to Innounp.exe?

With the comments from "slore & HeyJoe" I updated a couple of scripts that are now in working order.

There is definitely a problem with reaching the server. I turned off my Microsoft defender virus detection, but that did
seem to fix it. Also rebooted into a two different WinPE ...

The Firefox plugin for LSP is available in the Update Center. You can find it in the project under Utilities\Update Center, then under Apps\Internet\Mozilla Firefox. Version 148 is supported.
