For A little background on me, I'am a Windows Systen Administrator since 2000... I Used and developed PE Plugins Since the beginning of Bart PE, (Then with the help of TheOven) Gena, And Win10XPE, I was able to use my Bart PE up to 2004 before been forced into "Adding Updates"... Then Switched to Gena... I think I registered around September 2011 to TheOven.org. Took me 5 and more years before asking my first question... First of all, I'm not a baker here and Certainly will never be. My Job now consist mainly in installations of Edges Devices. The plugins I make are Solely there to reach my Work goals... And have some Fun... (DONT TELL THAT TO MY BOSS...)
In an Open développer Environment...
1: Users Feedback issssss ...CRUCIAL... Without "IT" there is little to no improvement on your FAVORITE Project... (Developers feels ABANDONNED...) and slacks on development advance... Taking A MINUTE to Report Problems and give feedback... (Even to another user) Can take Further development of a feature / Program, to another Level real quick.
2: IDEAS.... I you find something, you think is interesting... MENTION IT !!!!... Nobodies here is going to laugh at you (been there) ...Had beautiful explanations...
3: When you post a question... Relax... There is some sort of an assignment process beginning right there. "Bakers will leave Users time to answer questions before intervening to set things straight." (If Required).
4: All relevant questions (I've posted) have been answered by Bakers, Moderators and project Directors... All other questions are left in the wild... (DON"T Get Frustrated) It means this question have already been answered) and you need to do a little more research.
5: Asking for more details... (Many peoples here showed me where to start and more to construct what I wanted) (Ask for baby steps if needed...)
