I have a Dell XPS 17 9720. I noticed that when I let Macrium Reflect create a boot startup disc. it finds the correct driver for my touch pad. It lets me scroll through documents.
What I have done so far is go into device manager and find the mouse device. Look under the drivers section, then go do a search in windows to find the drivers. It is usually in a folder that has the inf. & other drivers.
Also tried using the double driver utility and the Dism driver importer.
Still not any success with the touch pad mouse.
Any help would be appreciated.

These are the new drivers that I use. The touch pad now works for scrolling and also resizing. So it is a combo unit. I used the "Cyber Protect Home Office" driver inf. folder to find the correct drivers.
