I still use a Gena project all the time to recover servers and low powered machines...(Easy SCSI Drivers installation)
The current Best source for me (using XPE) and all other projects I tried, is Windows 10, 20H1 Build 19041 (2004), This source has the highest toll of success with the set of plugins I use and software updates comes in easy, Drivers Integration, along with PXE booting and everything else... (Loaded From ThechBench)
As my Gena is still loading registry of windows server 2019 TODAY. SO will in the future, Your today PE/RE 10 build,...(Yoda Said/Sayed)
Windows 10 PE / RE (seems to) come alive upon Startup, and anything you need can be added at this point or modified into source. (Bla Bla...Prophetical paroles)
But... Yeah... All I'll wanted to say is... don't STRESS on the source... (Whatever is good... IS GOOD !!!) Still have PESE with 1809 going strong here.
